do you ship internationally?
yes, I can ship to most countries internationally! if you live in the EU or UK, please purchase via my Etsy storefront because they are able to manage VAT, otherwise you will need to pay an extra fee at customs. (current 2025 order form)
the average cost for international shipping is $14 USD.
buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
some areas have a high likelihood of lost international packages so it is up to my discretion to cancel orders if I cannot insure their arrival. thank you for your understanding!
shipment info
during shop openings and restocks, processing time may be 2-8 business days. otherwise, orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.
domestic US orders should usually arrive after 2-4 business days in transit; if your order's tracking info has not updated for more than 7 days please feel free to contact me.
please double check your address when checking out. if your address is incorrect or unverifiable, I will not be able to package anything until it is fixed. I will do my best to help, but I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
will you restock [x]?
I will generally restock items once they are sold out, but restocks usually occur twice a year. I will notify via mailing list when I have new products and restocks.
cancellations and refunds
cancellations are accepted only before an item has shipped and only within one business day of when the order was placed. please email me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. returns are not accepted.
however, if you have an issue with your package, please contact me! I am always happy to hear any feedback or respond to concerns, and will reply within 2 business days.
